My Journey

In 1974 I became interested in my own personal development and began to study and explore different modalities that might help me to live the life I wanted to live. My journey of exploration took me to live in Africa and Australia for a total of twenty-two years. During those years I met many supportive, empathic and knowledgeable people; friends, trainers, and therapists, who supported me while I made life changes.

In 1991, I was invited to share my knowledge with other people, by running workshops on Self Esteem. I began to talk to people about making life changes.

In 1994, with my husband and young family, I returned to the UK to live.

Since that time I have worked as a consultant, running Personal Development Workshops and Courses, and providing Life Coaching for groups and individual people in:

My aim is to help you connect fully with yourself...

  • The Private Sector
  • The Voluntary Sector
  • The Business Sector
  • Further Education Colleges

My aim in all those roles was to assist people to connect more fully with themselves, other people and the environment they live in.

Today at my Private Practice in Warwickshire, my work with people is grounded in all the experiences, skills, knowledge, training and qualifications I have gained since the 1970's. My main approach to therapy is now Transactional Analysis (TA). I also combine TA, when necessary, with a variety of additional options for change that I have successfully used for many years.

  • I offer counselling and therapy for individuals
  • I offer counselling support for couples
  • I offer personal development workshops for groups (using TA)
  • I offer one-day workshops on relaxation.

My own personal development journey is on-going and never ending. I am committed to regular training, and study, to continue to expand my skills, knowledge and the joy of living. I also receive regular clinical supervision, to further enhance the quality of therapy and counselling I offer people who come to see me. I have learnt from experience, that people can discover how to connect more fully with themselves, other people and the environment they live in, and live the life they wish to live.

I look forward to talking with you.
