Since March 2020 I have offered confidential therapy sessions on-line, and hope to return to seeing people face-to-face at my Private Counselling and Life Balancing Practice by the end of June 2021. My style of therapy combines the modalities I am trained and qualified in. Counselling, Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy and Coaching can, when necessary, be utilised to provide you with an individual programme, designed to provide you with powerful, “tools for change,” that can enable you to live the life you want to live.

Since 1990, I have integrated into my Counselling and Life Balancing Practice many powerful, helpful, theories and therapeutic techniques. I am also an Intuitive Therapist and believe that being present and listening to people who come to see my is extremely important. Being seen and heard by someone who is not a family member, or a friend. can provide a healing experience for many people
