About Therapy


I offer confidential therapy sessions in a peaceful setting.   My style of therapy combines the modalities I am trained and qualified in.   Counselling, Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy and Coaching can, when necessary,  be utilised to provide you with an individual programme, designed to provide you with powerful, “tools for change,” that can enable you to live the life you want to live.
